Do I need to be fit to take part in the classes?

The coach can guide and support you to work at the level that is right for you. Exercises can be adapted and each class can accommodate people doing these adaptations alongside each other.

If you are not used to being active or if you have any concerns about your health and fitness you should seek medical advice before taking part in the classes.

I consider myself fit and very active already, will the classes be too easy?

The coach is there to support you to work at the level that is right for you. Exercises can be adapted to give you the just right challenge.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book on a class from a week before.

How long are classes?

Classes are 60 minutes long. This includes structured warm up and cool down periods.

What if it is raining, will the class still go ahead?

The aim is for the classes to still go ahead but they may include some adaptations.

Can my child attend Concrete Fitness classes?

Classes can only be attended by people aged 18 or over.
